1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and megaperya.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the megaperya.ph website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the megaperya.ph website at megaperyaph.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID — to verify your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or certain account features are unlocked.

2.3 Consequences of Underage Use

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. All funds in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. megaperya.ph reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against any individual who fraudulently misrepresents their age.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

megaperya.ph is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on megaperya.ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. megaperya.ph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your megaperya.ph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify megaperya.ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. megaperya.ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification

megaperya.ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank

Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card deposits are not accepted on megaperya.ph. Any attempt to deposit via unsupported methods will be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on megaperya.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). megaperya.ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your megaperya.ph account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank's processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verified, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. megaperya.ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the megaperya.ph cashier section and are subject to change. megaperya.ph reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.

4.6 Player Funds Protection

Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from megaperya.ph's operational funds. This ensures that your deposited balance is protected and accessible regardless of the Platform's financial position.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by megaperya.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

megaperya.ph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

megaperya.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on megaperya.ph — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Lucky Dice, and European Roulette Pro — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics audited for fairness. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or by megaperya.ph.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, megaperya.ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed during the affected period. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. megaperya.ph is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from a game in progress, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. megaperya.ph is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on megaperya.ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using megaperya.ph for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward megaperya.ph staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the megaperya.ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of megaperya.ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from megaperya.ph without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

megaperya.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your megaperya.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. megaperya.ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your megaperya.ph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

12.2 Termination by megaperya.ph

megaperya.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory directive from PAGCOR; or any other reason at megaperya.ph's sole discretion. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, megaperya.ph may forfeit the account balance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

megaperya.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the megaperya.ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact megaperya.ph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
